Great service kept me updated on part status

Our technician arrived at the beginning of our appointment window, and he called when he was on his way over. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was quick to identify the issues with our dishwasher and provided us with a quote for repairs before a decision was made regarding repair vs. replacement. He was very knowledgeable and proactive. While we did decide to replace instead of repair, we did enjoy our experience with Island Appliance Repair and will use them in the future if needed.
