I gave details before scheduling an appointment ($159 with tax). I gave brand and model number and described the problem. When the technician arrived, he knew immediately that it was a software issue that he would not be able to fix. My problem is not with him, but with the fact that I paid upfront for an issue that is already known to be something they can’t do. I spoke with a manager but she did not seem to care. It’s all about the money. I would not recommend..

The best appliance repair company in Wilmington. I have dealt with them for years and my latest experience with Shawn was great. Instead of taking the easy way out and leaving me with a broken fridge because he did not have the part and it would take a couple of days for it to come in. He called his other coworkers and got the fan and came back the same day to install it. He went the extra mile and he also explained the repair and gave me the estimate immediately so I could make an informed decision. The other repair company would have suggested I get a new fridge (Subzero)because they want to collect their service fee and be done. (I am not joking because the competitor has said that to me).

Exceptional experience with Island Appliance Repair on a challenging washer issue. Our technician Tiffany's expertise, collaboration and documentation with GE, willingness to come out three times to diagnose and replace two parts was best in class. Tiffany's positive attitude, understanding our urgency, and assurance throughout reduced our frustration with GE. Island was very fair with labor charge and scheduled Tiffany to come back to our home the next day after parts arrived.

I had a service scheduled today and I was so happy to see Tiffany is still with the company. She was my technician last year when I was having issues with my washer. She is AMAZING!!! I will never call another company for repairs when you have employees like her.

From the first phone call with Daniella (who is so polite)to the finishing of repairing/rebuilding my washer by William, nothing but 5 star 🌟 service all the way! William is so trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable! He has been to our home several times for other appliances and has always done an excellent job! I would not use any other company, so look no further!!!
