I must say the work and efficiency of Island Appliance makes working with them very easy. I had a warranty issue with a Whirlpool fridge and Island was sent out to take a look. The repairman, Timothy was excellent. He was diligent and persistent and found the issue. He ordered the correct part and came back out to replace it. He was a very nice guy and would ask for him again. Thank you Island Appliance and thank you for having such wonderful repair people.

I'd give no star if I could. We own a small property management company and had used Island Appliance Repair numerous times. Not any more, this last time they came out (today July 13th, 2026) was outrageous. I gave them the model number, what the part was and a photo. They charged $129.00 for a service call but were unable to complete the repair because they had the wrong parts. The total for their quote on the repair was, $129.00 (Service Call), $135.00 (Labor), $129.34 (Parts). A total of $420.87. I was disgusted, went over to DSL ordered the part for $120.00 including tax and shipping it comes in tomorrow and will take me about 5 minutes to install., 3 screws and plug in. Looking for new appliance repair companies now.

Exceptional experience with Island Appliance Repair on a challenging washer issue. Our technician Tiffany's expertise, collaboration and documentation with GE, willingness to come out three times to diagnose and replace two parts was best in class. Tiffany's positive attitude, understanding our urgency, and assurance throughout reduced our frustration with GE. Island was very fair with labor charge and scheduled Tiffany to come back to our home the next day after parts arrived.

I had a service scheduled today and I was so happy to see Tiffany is still with the company. She was my technician last year when I was having issues with my washer. She is AMAZING!!! I will never call another company for repairs when you have employees like her.

From the first phone call with Daniella (who is so polite)to the finishing of repairing/rebuilding my washer by William, nothing but 5 star 🌟 service all the way! William is so trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable! He has been to our home several times for other appliances and has always done an excellent job! I would not use any other company, so look no further!!!
